Black orchids were the inspiration! And damn were they shown throughout the whole entire show... The first half of the show was a bit restricted. There was Leather, Tweed, and Chiffon.. All mixed together effortlessly in all shades of black and grey. Next came the black cocktail dresses, and the black orchid theme was shown even more. Then came the gowns. Beautiful Greens and pinks. Some of the dresses were so big that the poor models had to basically drag that thing down the runway. The shoes at this show were HUGE. Blinged out with gold and absolutely deadly. Is that how it was supposed to be? I mean, a couple of models did stumble if i'm not mistaken... It is almost a bit overboard. Every season Christian Siriano gets a little more polished. He doesn't forget who he is. He likes Volume and it excites us all. Excited to see next season.
